Trooper Charles Jones Prevails in Canine Case |

North Carolina PBA is pleased to report that the decision issued on June 5, 2008, by the Office of Administrative Hearings states in clear language that Trooper Charles Jones should be reinstated to the North Carolina Highway Patrol. Senior Administrative Law Judge Fred G. Morrison, Jr. found that the Patrol had no just cause for dismissing Trooper Jones for the training techniques he employed while working with his canine partner, Ricoh. |
